This smoothie is the perfect for breakfast or post workout! It is packed with protein and has a hint of sweet natural flavoring!
1/4 cup cashews:
I bought salted and rinsed them off. If you do not have a vitamix or high powered blender soak your cashews for 15 minutes to soften them up.
1 cup ice
1 large madjool date
1/2 cup silk coconut milk
1/4 cup water:
Use less water if you want a thicker milkshake consistency.
