Workout 1: This workout should take about 20 minutes, in total you will do the 2 round 4-6 times. Go hard or don’t do the workout!
- 20 seconds high knees 10 seconds active rest (AR = jogging in place, just keep moving)
- 20 seconds burpees 10 seconds AR (no push up with the burpee)
- 20 seconds push ups 10 seconds AR
2 minutes rest following each round
- 30 seconds Weighted Shadow Boxing (5lb DB) 10 sec AR
- 30 seconds Running Jacks 10 sec AR
– Start by doing quick high knees and then start moving your arms as you would when you are doing a regular jumping jack
- 30 seconds Plank Leg Abbductors 10 sec AR
- 30 seconds Weighted Thrusters 10 sec AR
Do not go heavy on the weight, this exercise is meant to be done at a brisk pace.
