GF Vegan Chickpea Burger
1 carrot (medium size grated)
1 garlic clove
1 (19 ounce) can chickpeas
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 1/2 teaspoons ground coriander
salt & pepper
1 Flax Seed Egg (3 TBS warm water + 1 TBS ground flax seed) Add more if the mix is too dry)
Tomato Slices Red Onion (sauteed) Tahini Sauce
1. Grate Carrots & chop garlic
2. Add chickpeas, spices,garlic, flax eggs and carrots to food processor. Process until thick paste is made.
3. Form Patties
4. Bake for 20 minutes @ 400 degrees on an ungreased cookie sheet.
